Shipping Policy

Given the nature of our products, shipping is billed separately and online orders WILL NOT BE FULFILLED until final payment has been received, see below for instructions. When your order ships we will send you a notification email with tracking number.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Ohio Fire Shield, Ltd. contracts with trusted 3rd party shippers to deliver products nationwide. While we utilize freight shipping services, delivery is not directly controlled by Ohio Fire Shield, Ltd.

Therefore, all customers are asked to CAREFULLY inspect their products when they arrive upon delivery, PRIOR to signing the shipping documents provided. This responsibility of inspection is the sole responsibility of the customer and is an indication that the items ordered did, in fact, arrive without any damage during shipping.

What is your Refund/return policy?
